Testimonials

I have safely returned home full of memories of your beautiful city and time spent at the school. I am greatly indebted to you for all the help whilst being in Washington DC. I would also like to thank Anthony and practicum teachers Kate and Cynthia for the invaluable course experience. Almaty is sending its warmest regards to everyone at Inlingua and beyond. Keep in touch and take care!

The Inlingua Intensive TEFL program has been a smashing professional and personal success for me! My knowledge of English language-teaching issues has really impressed my teacher friends here in Taichung ( Taiwan ), and the Inlingua method has been a great tool with which to showcase my teaching skills during demo lessons for prospective employers. What a combination – an impressive Inlingua instructor staff, fascinating fellow students from all over the world, and a system that rocks! The Inlingua Intensive TEFL program is more than a methodology for teaching language in a classroom; it teaches how to communicate with the world!

To me, I have learned many valuable techniques and methods in the TEFL course. I thought the course was excellent – it was so much fun and very informative, I felt very at ease and our instructor, Anthony was great. This is the first time I have learned American methods and this course was very super-intensive. I tried my best to fulfill all the requirements. It’s very hard for L2 to understand all of the lectures but the instructor explained and assisted us carefully. Besides, I would like to express my gratitude to the head teachers in these practicum classes. They gave us extremely good assistance and instructed enthusiastically. Moreover, I would like to thank all of my classmates for their support and the opportunity to gain my real experience that is going to change my life. I want to thank you for the support you have provided me through my journey as I know I have pestered the guys with all my queries.
I found the whole course to be interesting due to the fact it was all about the students and how to get them interested in talking – also the fact that teaching a language is not as easy as it looks and is actually fun…
I would recommend teachers in Ho Chi Minh city to do this course at Inlingua not only to use it for traveling but to meet great people and also to improve their English and confidence with presentation skills, it also look great on your CV

I just wanted to let you know that my first class (OT3B) went really well! I used the vocabulary review game, circle dash, plus other icebreakers that you taught us in the TEFL class. We did a classroom contract that discussed expectations and rules, which was GREAT. It really helped me as a teacher to have the students write out what they expect from me and what they want to get out of the class and it created a good platform for discussion. Unit 16 covering celebrations allowed us to easily flow into a conversation about different favorite holidays and unique traditions from their country. It was amazing how easy it was for the conversation to flow from one thing to the next, and before I knew it we’d covered most of what was in the first unit without opening the book
I hope the students had as much fun as I did! They seemed very engaged and I’m glad I didn’t have to pull teeth to get them to talk to each other which surprised me.
Anyway, I figure you’re preparing for the next TEFL certification class, so I just thought I’d let you know that I used lots of the ideas you taught us and I felt amply prepared for teaching my class due to the fact that I was well trained!

To me, the TEFL Certificate Program was a worthwhile opportunity to experience what teaching English is all about. Through this course, I’ve learned not only how to deliver new information for those who want to learn English as a second language, but also how to make the classroom atmosphere encouraging, so that the students can be more motivated, ultimately moving forward on their own. Honestly, before I took this course, I thought that how much new information I can deliver was the most important aspect of teaching English. As I was taking the TEFL Certificate Course, however, I realized that there were so many tiny and detailed but crucial aspects behind it.
If anybody who wants to be a skill English teacher is considering taking this course, you will never regret your decision. One other thing I want to mention is that the Head Trainer, Anthony Ray, showed his wonderful teaching methods, passion, and dedication for each student to achieve the best results during this program. I’m so thankful for having this wonderful and unforgettable opportunity.
