Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND: There will be no refund or credit issued for any operation and/or transaction older than 180 days under any circumstances. Also, there is no transfer of funds from one student to another. Refunds will be issued ONLY if presenting your payment receipt or proof of payment, or the COMPLETE I-20 Form or Letter of Rejection from the American Consulate. Please keep your receipts for at least 180 days.
A. 1 business day (24 hours) before classes begin: Full refund of the tuition paid. Registration is non-refundable.
B. On the day of classes before classes begin: 50% refund of the tuition paid. Registration is non-refundable.

- In all cases the refund due is based on the full tuition for the entire course, calculated on a weekly basis, not on the partial tuition paid by the student. The refund is calculated from the week that the student starts classes and also will be calculated from the day that the student informs us of his/her cancellation of classes. Having attended even 1 day in any given week represents 1 full week.
- Refund checks will be issued to the order of the person who made the payment. It will be ready for pickup or mailed in 5 to 10 business days after the date the refund was requested. If the payment was made by credit card, we will simply credit the amount back to the card within 5 business days.
- Any refunds or credits made to any credit card, for any reason, other than a credit made due to inlingua’s error (e.g. crediting a student for an erroneous charge inlingua’s staff made), must be charged a 5% fee which compensates inlingua for the bank fees, merchant commissions and administrative expense. This applies to all students.
